730 East Columbia included a full house remodel, an expanded living room deck, and a new 353 sq ft garage with an office space above. The office includes dormers for added height and a Juliette balcony to help open up the space.

The garage follows the style of Telluride's traditional alley structures, with weathered cedar siding and contemporary detailed metalwork on the railings and exterior stair.

732 East Columbia was also a full house remodel, featuring a living room addition and a double deck extension to the alley.
