The Historic Sheridan Hotel

COMMERCIAL & HISTORIC PRESERVATION • TELLURIDE, COLORADO

The iconic Sheridan Hotel in Telluride was built in 1895 and remains one of the town's most meticulously restored buildings. A proposed addition will introduce four king bedroom suites across three floors, combinable into a single suite for groups of eight to fourteen guests, with three living areas and two decks adding variety to the hotel's historic layout.
Beyond the addition, ongoing work on the building has included a historic brick analysis and management plan, targeted repairs, and restoration of details
at the entryways and historic fireplace.
