229 E Columbia received the 2015 Telluride Art + Architecture Audience Choice Award. Listed as a contributing structure within Telluride’s National Historic Landmark District, the project preserves original materials while incorporating refinished wood from the 1892 construction, honoring the building’s history through careful restoration and reuse.
