Colorado Avenue

An addition of hotel suites to the existing historic Sheidan Hotel. The project site is situated behind the existing Phoenix Market building and makes use of the courtyard space to the alley. It provides 2 affordable housing units. The decks facing Colorado Ave are set back and maintain privacy, while taking in the south view of the ski area and mountains around.

Alley Facing West

Levels one, two, and three provide 3 hotel suites with 4 king bedrooms, 3 living rooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 powder room, and 2 south facing decks. The suites are serviced by an elevator, and the top level deck includes an 8 person hot tub.

Alley Facing East

The project received planning approval and the drawings have been completed for construction. The interior design team, Nina Cambell, collaborated on the project to complement the high stadard at the existing historic Sheridan Hotel, with a contemporary level of design and detaiing.
