The Historic Sheridan Hotel is an icon of Telluride's historic character

Telluride is a recognized National Landmark District, distinguished by a significant number of historically rated contributing buildings that date back to the town's period of significance between 1878 and 1913. Restoring these structures is a vital commitment to both the culture and the economic health of our community. When these historic buildings are lost, we also lose the unique craftsmanship, intricate details, and the historical narratives of those who lived and worked within them.
